I was recommended to John by a friend who highly rated him. Ive had numerous MRIs which resulted in surgery I struggle with pain and mobility on a daily basis.
I attended the appointment today and to say I was not disappointed is an understatement. for the past 3+ years doing stairs one at a time has been a nightmare. halfway through my session John had me walking stairs normally. I was really impressed by how welcoming and comfortable I felt, John made it very clear what he was doing and how it’s all about being pain free and it worked. I would highly recommend.

Saw John for the first time last Friday in extreme pain with tightness all over my legs due an ongoing issue I had with an accident in 2014. Instantly John took to the task on my quads etc and I left feeling. A million dollars the pressure of both my knees as I suffer different ways each day issues and I’m awaiting a procedure so.I went back to John again yesterday to do some more and have to say despite needing this surgery he has worked his magic and the pressure isn’t as severe. I feel I can move a lot better and bend better so happy days highly recommend this down to earth gentleman. And on both visits the next has offered after care and checks to see how I am. I had a session with John today for a lower back injury. Having two slipped discs for over 2 years I have spent thousands on chiropractor and physios in this time and had nerve root injections at the hospital and nothing has worked for me so was told last month I needed surgery on my back which I’m not keen on getting so contacted John and he seen me after 2 days of contacting him. I would highly recommend him as he is very good at what he does just after one session my pain has gone away and I can move alot better already and was given good aftercare advice whichi will be using. Anyone suffering from lower back injury or any other injury should book an appointment with him he’s a good guy and listens to you and wants to see you better. He even gave me my session for free for doing a review on camera which you won’t get anywhere else especially at chiropractors or physios will definitely use him again. Thanks again John.

When I arrived at John’s house tonight he actually had to come outside to make sure I was ok trying to get out my car, as he knew a was in so much pain with a slipped disc and 2 bulging discs through previously contacting him earlier this morning. John very kindly gave me an appointment within hours on messaging him, and thank god he did. I have been suffering for a year with a sore back but 2 weeks ago with my discs going I seriously couldn’t cope with the excruciating pain. I’ve spent a fortune on all sorts of creams, heat pads and chiropractor a while back which obviously none worked. I honestly cannot believe just after an hour treatment with John, I can lie on the floor and get up straight away pain free also get in and out my car no problem. I feel like a new woman This guy is an absolute gem so down to earth and very reassuring. I would recommend John in a heart beat to anyone suffering pain. Struggled all week to walk or even sit went to the royal on Wednesday struggling and crying in pain only to be told I’m getting sent home with painkillers struggled the rest of the week until I finally bit the bullet and phoned John he came in 2 hrs done his magic and I’m now
Walking about normal still a few wee tingles but nothing like the way I was on Wednesday so keep stretching and I’ll be sorted in no time so thanks again m8

Went to John today with my husband .John asked what was wrong with me as I walk with crutch,I have prolong slipped discs which i was told I would need operation in the near future.Im in pain everyday and alot of the time my medication doesn’t hit the pain.After a short session with John my movement and back fells so much better,I can actually bend down which iv not be able to do for a few years.Would definitely recommend John for anybody in pain.Looking forward to next session.
